Minimum Wage Increase – January 1, 2021
In accordance with A.R.S. § 23-363(B), the Industrial Commission of Arizona has adopted a resolution increasing the minimum wage from $12.00 to $12.15. The increase in minimum wage, which is effective January 1, 2021, was determined by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Consumer Price Index and is consistent with the increase in the cost of living.
Posters, which are to be displayed in a place accessible to employees, may be found on the Industrial Commission’s Labor page (links provided below). The minimum wage posters include information on exemptions, tips and gratuities, retaliation, and more.
